I love this! So often we put pressure on ourselves to get everything do all at once, or be 'perfect', or help everyone all the time. It's time to breath, and take the pressure off yourself. It's okay to do 1 thing at a time. It's okay to say, "sorry, I can't help you right now". Tell yourself, it's going to be okay.
